to review our Protective Covenants and the Building Requirements which are
posted on this website. We consider Hawthorn Hills a special place and we
would want you to be happy with us. Adherence to the Covenants protects our
property values and quality of life, but not everything is included in the
Covenants or By-Laws. For example, we have a tradition of black mailboxes on
black posts which gives the neighborhood an orderly and organized
appearance. We strive for the right balance of individuality and
